Our fabrication process produces a carbon fiber birch plywood sandwich structure that is exceptionally flat, stable and lighter than a solid Carbon Fiber laminate sheet. Each laminated sheet has a symmetrical and balanced carbon fiber lay up schedule with varying core materials. The core materials vary (depending on thickness) from wood fiber to high quality birch plywood.

Each sheet is available in standard gloss, scratch resistant matte, or texture finish on one side, with a texture finish on the other side, creating an ideal bonding surface.Upon request, sheet can be cut into 2 pieces sized 24″ x 24″ with purchase.
